There are numerous articles available online that provide tips on how to crack Product Manager (PM) interviews, along with answers to frequently asked questions. However, many PMs face challenges when it comes to performing their role effectively. The true value of reading such articles lies in their ability to help you succeed in job interviews and your day-to-day work. The key to success as a product manager or leader is to develop habits that enable you to solve customer and organizational problems effectively.

I have recently written some articles specifically aligned with a product manager’s day-to-day work. Professionals need to keep themselves updated and informed, especially in digital ecosystems where they come across various platforms daily. It is necessary to understand each platform’s value proposition and how it can lead to customer growth. To achieve this, we need to follow the best-of-class platforms, apps, and products and see how they function, what value they create, and what unique features make them the best in their breed.

I have collected a good summary of industry-relevant topics and updates that a Product leader should be aware of. They provide insights into product leadership and how product leaders think.

Here is a list of the articles I have written recently:

1-Cognitive biases are a common occurrence in our daily lives, and they can also have an impact on the adoption of products. However, by using ethical nudging, these biases can be leveraged to positively affect product growth and strategy. As we move into the era of GenAI, it is essential to keep in mind that the key difference between machines and humans is our psychology and behavior. Although it is unclear whether Future GenAI can integrate cognitive biases, understanding human psychology remains crucial to the platform’s development. This quick read takes only 6 minutes and is especially relevant for product growth professionals. You can find the link below.

2- This article is extremely relevant for existing and aspiring product managers who are transitioning into AI/ML, as many applications are adding capabilities and features of AI/ML. It focuses on the recommendation engine and provides a comprehensive understanding which is essential before appearing for an AI/ML product manager interview. Additionally, it’s a quick playbook that can help with revising both the business and technical aspects of leading AI/ML products.

3- When it comes to being an effective product leader, this article presents a practical approach I followed in scaling up a startup’s portfolio. The below blog is also important for all inspiring product leads who are in transition from technical product management to more into the product & portfolio strategy.

I hope these blogs provide an overall outlook of a few interesting things that are important to start a suitable conversation as well as planning a roadmap and vision around it as a product leader.
